I am a huge fan of Animal Crossing: New Horizons. I played Wild World on my DS as a kid, and I was ecstatic when I first heard it was coming to the switch. I’ve played every day since I got the game in March, and it’s more than I ever dreamed it could be. My island’s name is Apricus and I’m incredibly proud of it.
One of the sweetest features in the game (in the opinion) are the shooting stars. On clear nights, you can see a handful of stars streak across the sky and make a wish. And occasionally, you’ll get a full meteor shower, with tons of stars appearing from 7pm all the way until 4am.
I waited six months for my first meteor shower, but now I get them every few weeks. They really are an enchanting part of the game, and I’m so grateful for the creators for including them!
